We started looking in Burnsville, NC but after a couple of months it wasn't working out, so even though she's based in Asheville, and lives in close to it, she was more than willing to continue to work with us when we started looking in a nearby place. When we found our dream home, there was already one other couple to view it, but she convinced the seller agent to accept our offer, so we did not go into a bidding war. She worked with us late into that Sunday night until we had the offer perfect for the sellers to accept. She helped us figure out the best way to position ourselves and what price to go in at it to give us the absolute best chance that the sellers would accept our offer without waiting for the other people to view and offer over us. If I texted her a questions or for an update, she would often respond within 1 hour or less. When you choose to work with Michele (and I HIGHLY recommed you do), she will make contact with you quickly and invite you to meet anywhere that is convenient for you to discuss what you want, deal breakers, price ranges, neigborhoods, etc. After you finish, she will give you her opinion/feedback on what you said and ask follow up questions and suggest you check out things you might not have considered. We definitely recommend Michele if you are looking for your forever home! We love ours, and our monogrammed door mat she made us for our 1st day home!
